Obiettivi

Acquisire un’iniziale compentenza nella capacità di individuare e distinguere gli elementi relazionali nell’interazione medico paziente.

Riconoscere i propri meccanismi di funzionamento relazionale.

Saper riconoscere e descrivere le caratteristiche dei differenti stili di attaccamento e le implicazioni per il rapporto di cura con il paziente;

Saper riconoscere e descrivere i sistemi motivazionali interpersonali in relazione ai segnali di attivazione, disattivazione, agli obiettivi e alle emozioni che li segnalano

La motivazione, dalla piramide di Maslow ai sistemi motivazionali interpersonali. I sistemi motivazionali interpersonali in dettaglio (attaccamento, accudimento, predatorio, competitivo, sessuale, gioco e affiliazione, cooperativo).

Il sistema motivazionale dell’attaccamento come modello esplicativo della relazione medico paziente. Tipologie dell’attaccamento (attaccamento sicuro, evitante, ambivalente, disorganizzato); attachment-based care approach.

Aims

To develop the ability to recognize and distinguish relational elements in doctor-patient interactions.

To become aware of the personal mechanisms of relational functioning.

Knowing how to recognize and describe the features of different attachment styles and the implications for the relationship with the patient;

Knowing how to recognize and describe interpersonal motivational systems (activation, deactivation, objectives and related emotions).

Detailed program

The motivation, from Maslow pyramid to interpersonal motivational systems. Interpersonal motivational systems (attachment, care, predatory, competitive, sexual, play and affiliation, cooperative).

Attachment and relationship with patients (secure, avoidant, ambivalent, disorganized attachment); attachment-based care approach. Different attachment styles (secure, avoidant, ambivalent, disorganized).

The final test measures the level of knowledge, the level of inductive and deductive reasoning, and problem solving ability.
