Obiettivi
Il corso si propone di
contribuire alla formazione degli studenti in odontoiatria e protesi dentaria
fornendo le necessarie conoscenze di chirurgia orale.
Assistere gli studenti nell'affrontare gli
interventi di chirurgia di base e le varie problematiche con particolare
attenzione alle complicanze che possano insorgere.
Contenuti sintetici
Scopo dell' internato è
di fornire le basi fondamentali pratiche per affrontare le varie problematiche
che la disciplina propone.
Vengono valutate nel
dettaglio le problematiche diagnostiche e terapeutiche delle più frequenti
forme patologiche di pertinenza chirurgica del distretto orale e la casistica
clinica con risultati a lungo termine.

Inquadramento anamnestico
diagnostico del paziente
Radiologia dentale:
ortopantomografia e tac
Farmacologia
Principi di chirurgia
orale: preparazione della zona operativa, dello strumentario, del paziente e
degli operatori.
Tecniche anestesiologiche
Tecniche chirurgiche di
base sia su paziente sano che con problemi sistemici.
Chirurgia exodontica con
riferimento allo strumentario necessario per eseguire gli interventi di
chirugia orale
Chirurgia pre-protesica
minore e maggiore.
Traumatologia dentale e
alveolare.
Aspetti medico legali nella chirurgia orale
legate alla stesura del consenso informato di specifico interesse chirurgico

Aims
The course
aims to contribute to the training of students in dentistry and dental
prosthesis providing the necessary knowledge of oral surgery.
Assist
students in tackling basic surgery and various problems with particular
attention to complications that may arise.
Contents
The purpose
of the internship is to provide the fundamental practical bases for dealing
with the various problems that the discipline proposes.
The
diagnostic and therapeutic problems of the most frequent pathological forms of
surgical relevance of the oral district and the clinical case studies with
long-term results are evaluated in detail.
