Course Syllabus
Aims
1. Understanding the basis and clinical behavior of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS)
2. Understanding the basis and clinical behavior of prostate cancer
3. Understanding the basis and clinical behavior of bladder cancer and upper urinary tract cancer
4. Understanding the basis and clinical behavior of kidney cancer
5. Understanding the basis and clinical behavior of kidney and ureteral stones
Contents
The clerkships will cover the most important aspects related to the commonly encountered pathologies of the urogenital system. Students will acquire the basic knowledge required to diagnose and manage urinary voiding disfunction, urinary stones, and the most common uro-oncological pathologies.
