Course Syllabus
Aims
to provide the basic physiopathologic mechanism, clinical pictures and treratment of mo-methologic and endocrinological emergencies.
At the and after course all student will be able to:
-Know the physiopathology of sepsis and septic shock with particular focus an urosepsis.
- Know the physiopathology of acute kidney injury its emergency conseguences and treatment, comprensive of the treatment of hypovolemic shock and blood gases interpretation.
-Konw the most common endocrinologic emergency and of the disorders related to electrolytes disturbances.
-Know the basic for the diagnosis and tratment of politraumatized patient with particulary attention to renal trauma.
Contents
Use the clinical signs, laboratory test and diagnostic tools to diagnose the pathological process.
To know the Emergency approch to the pathologic abnormalities.
