-Lo studente esplorerà il razionale per una maggiore integrazione tra professionisti e della pratica interprofessionale, legata a fattori di tipo sociale ed altri driver legati ai contesti di lavoro.

-Lo studente rifletterà sulle caratteristiche e i comportamenti del gruppo professionale di appartenenza, gli aspetti chiave del lavoro di gruppo, la comunicazione, la pratica riflessiva.

-Lo studente comprenderà aspetti chiave della collaborazione interprofessionale



Questo corso elettivo permette agli studenti, di sperimentare una prima esposizione al lavoro d'équipe attraverso una “immersione” in team interprofessionali. Offre l'opportunità di riflettere con gli studenti di altre discipline sull'integrazione di valori, attitudini e competenze per una pratica professionale sicura.

Il corso si basa sull’esperienza di altre università europee e sui dettami dell’OMS (2010).

- The student will explore the rationale for greater integration between professionals and inter-professional practice, linked to social and other drivers related to work contexts.

-The student will reflect on the characteristics and behaviours of the professional group to which he/she belongs, the key aspects of teamwork, communication, reflective practice.

- The student will understand key aspects of interprofessional collaboration.


This elective course allows students to experience a first exposure to teamwork through an "immersion" in interprofessional teams. It offers the opportunity to reflect with students from other disciplines on the integration of values, attitudes and skills for safe professional practice.


The course is based on the experience of other European Universities and the WHO guidelines (2010).

Concepts and reasons for interprofessional education.

Effective interprofessional practice

Problems and barriers to interprofessioanl practice (stereotypes, perceptions, and other factors).

Teamworking and working partnerhip.
