Utilizzare le conoscenze di Anatomia, Fisiologia, Biochimica e delle altre discipline di base nell’affrontare le patologie d’organo e/o apparato.

Saper valutare criticamente i metodi diagnostici comunemente utilizzati nella pratica medica. 

Saper riconoscere i segni ed i sintomi delle principali malattie, interpretare gli esiti degli esami di laboratorio e strumentali. 

Conoscere la patogenesi e la prognosi delle malattie trattate.


REUMATOLOGIA: 

Elementi di semeiotica (esame obiettivo articolare, esami di laboratorio, imaging); 

Epidemiologia delle malattie reumatiche; 

Connettiviti sistemiche, spondiloartriti, vasculiti: eziologia/patogenesi, criteri diagnostici, indagini di laboratorio e strumentali, quadro clinico, elementi di terapia.

Avere superato gli esami indicati in regolamento relativamente alle propedeuticità

Lezioni frontali interattive con domande e risposte in tempo reale (interactive presentation software), attività a piccoli gruppi, discussione casi clinici.
In caso di impossibilità di tenere le lezioni in presenza per recrudescenza della pandemia, le lezioni saranno svolte online (webinar).

Secondo semestre

L’accertamento del raggiungimento degli obiettivi previsti dal corso prevede un esame a quiz più esame orale. 30 quiz a risposta singola con 4 risposte di cui una sola esatta (30 punti) e prova orale (30 punti). In caso di impossibilità di svolgere l'esame in presenza per recrudescenza della pandemia lo stesso sarà orale.

To use the knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and others basic disciplines in dealing with organ and/or apparatus pathologies.

To be able to critically evaluate the commonly used diagnostic methods in medical practice.

To recognize the signs and symptoms of major diseases, to understand the results of laboratory and instrumental tests.

To know the pathogenesis and prognosis of the handled diseases.

RHEUMATOLOGY: 

Elements of Semiotics (joint physical examination, laboratory tests, imaging); 

Epidemiology of rheumatic diseases, systemic connective- spondyloarthritis -vasculitis: etiology / pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria, laboratory and instrumental investigations, clinical picture, elements of therapy.

Preparatory exams for the VT

Frontal lessons with interactive presentation software, small group activities, clinical cases discussion.
In case of pandemic resurgence the lessons will be through webinar.

Second semester

The assessment of achieved objectives will be verified with written tests and oral exam. 30 single-answer questions with 4 answers of which only one exact (30 points) and oral exam (30 points). In case of pandemic recrudescence the exam will be oral.
