Obiettivi
- Al termine del Corso e dello studio individuale correlato lo studente deve essere in grado di: Obiettivi Generali Riconoscere i principali quadri di Disabilità Respiratoria originate da patologie ostruttive e restrittive. Saper utilizzare le tecniche e gli strumenti tecnici della riabilitazione respiratoria. Comprendere le indicazioni al trattamento riabilitativo seguendo le più accreditate indicazioni condivise e Linee Guida, ove presenti. Migliorare la qualità di vita del malato cronico
- Al termine del Corso e dello studio individuale correlato lo studente deve essere in grado di: Obiettivi Generali Saper osservare un paziente con patologia cardiaca e distinguerne i diversi tratti caratteristici. Conoscere le fasi della contrattilità muscolare cardiaca durante l’esercizio fisico. Saper differenziare e riconoscere le varie patologie cardiache trattate. Conoscere e saper impostare un programma riabilitativo cardiologico.

- Obiettivi Particolari riabilitazione del paziente con alterazione polmonare Saper operare nei quadri patologici che stanno alla base della Disabilità Respiratoria al fine di migliorare la Ventilazione Alveolare, nella Fisioterapia Toraciche e l’Allenamento allo sforzo negli ambiti propri della riabilitazione respiratoria: Disostruzione bronchiale Espansione del parenchima polmonare (anche con utilizzo della Ventilazione di supporto) Espansione della parete toracica (anche con utilizzo della Ventilazione di supporto) Allenamento allo sforzo Educazione alle cure e follow-up a lungo termine
- Obiettivi Particolari Riabilitazione del paziente con alterazione cardiaca - Ispezione, valutazione, osservazione del paziente cardiopatico - Osservazione posture - Respirazione fisiologica e patologica - Contrattilità muscolare - Affaticabilità muscolare - Esauribilità muscolare - Fisiologia della attività cardiaca durante l’allenamento - Accenni di tecniche riabilitative specifiche cardiologiche impegnate nel recupero della ripresa dopo evento acuto o cronico. - Controindicazioni assolute/relativeModalità didattica

- At the end of the course the student must be able to:
General Objectives
Recognize the leading cadres of Respiratory Disability arising from obstructive and restrictive diseases. Knowing how to use the techniques and technical tools of pulmonary rehabilitation. Understand the indications for rehabilitation treatment following the most reliable information shared and guidelines, if any. Improving the
Being able to observe a patient with heart disease and distinguish the different traits. Know the stages of heart muscle contractility during exercise. Knowing how to recognize and differentiate the various heart conditions treated. Know and be able to set up a cardiac rehabilitation program.
Detailed program
- PULMONARY ALTERATION: know to work in the frameworks that are the basement of respiratory disability with the aim to improve alveolar ventilation, in the thoracic rehabilitation and the effort training in the respiratory rehabilitation field: - bronchial disobstruction - Pulmonar parenchymal expansion (also using support ventilation) - Thoracic wall expansion (also using support ventilation) - Effort training - Education at the patient care and long term follow up
- CARDIOLOGIC ALTERATION: - inspection, assessment, observation of the patient with cardiac alteration - postures assessment - physiologic and pathologic breathing - muscular contractility - muscular fatigue - muscular exhaustion - physiology of cardiac activities during training - basic aspects of cordiological specific rehabilitative techniques used in the recovery after an acute/chronic event - absolute/relative contraindicationsTeaching form
