Syllabus del corso
Obiettivi formativi
Il corso mira ad approfondire le tematiche pubblicistiche del diritto del turismo, con particolare riferimento ai rapporti tra Stato e autonomie.
Contenuti sintetici
Il corso si propone di fornire agli studenti le cognizioni di base in materia di diritto pubblico del turismo. Particolare attenzione sarà dedicata all'esame del diritto regionale e ai rapporti di competenza tra i diversi livelli di governo. Sarà infine esaminata la legislazione e la giurisprudenza in materia di turismo.

- definizione e tipologie di turismo;
- fonti nazionali e sovranazionali in materia di turismo;
- il Codice del turismo;
- turismo e beni culturali;
- organizzazione e attività amministrativa in materia di turismo;
- il sistema regionale italiano;
- la ripartizione delle competenze legislative e amministrative in materia di turismo;
- casi pratici.
Prerequisiti
Cognizioni di base di diritto pubblico.
Metodi didattici
Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno completamente da remoto e saranno videoregistrate in modalità asincrona.
Saranno inoltre utilizzate slide e ulteriori materiali didattici (testi normativi e sentenze).
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Prova orale. Durante il corso potranno essere previste prove per gli studenti frequentanti.
Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 gli esami orali saranno solo telematici. Verranno svolti utilizzando la piattaforma WebEx e nella pagina e-learning dell'insegnamento verrà riportato un link pubblico per l'accesso all'esame di possibili spettatori virtuali.
Per gli studenti frequentanti la verifica avrà ad oggetto i contenuti spiegati a lezione. Per gli studenti non frequentanti la verifica sarà basata sui testi di riferimento.

The cours aims to enhance the public issues of the regional tourism law with particular reference to the relationships between State and regions.
Contents
The cours aims to provide knowledge related to the basic
informations about the public law of the tourism. A particular attention will
be given to the analysis of the regional law and to the relationships of
competence between the different levels of government. Legislation and jurisprudence about tourism
will also be examinated.

- national and supranational sources for tourism;
- tourism code;
- tourism and cultural heritage;
- organisation and administrative work for tourism;
- italian regional system;
- the relationships between State and regions;
- practical cases.

Teaching methods
At time
of Covid 19 emergency the lessons will be held remotely and will be video recorded
in asynchronous mode.
Slides and teaching materials will also be used (normative texts and judgments).
Assessment methods
Oral Test. During the course could be done assessment for attending students.
During Covid-19 emergency, exams are only by distance, using the WebEx program. In the e-Learning page of the course there will be a link to access exams, available for any virtual beholder also.
For attending students the exam will be focus on the contents explained in
class. For non attending students reference bibliography will be made
available.
