Course Syllabus
Obiettivi formativi
l corso si propone di trasmettere i fondamenti dell'economia aziendale e di motivare coloro che si avvicinano al mondo aziendale ad una ricerca più approfondita dei concetti essenziali. Al termine del corso, lo studente dovrà dimostrare di aver acquisito i principi fondamentali e il linguaggio tipico dell’economia aziendale, nonchè capacità di analisi e di interpretazione dei fenomeni e dei dati aziendali ed infine di loro lettura critica in un'ottica di formulazione e argomentazione di giudizi autonomi sull'ambiente economico, sul governo, sulla gestione, sull'organizzazione, sul sistema contabile e di pianificazione e controllo, sulla strategia aziendale e sui gruppi aziendali.
Essendo l'economia aziendale la scienza dell'amministrazione economica delle aziende, lo studente dovrà essere in grado di comprendere le condizioni di esistenza e le manifestazioni di vita delle aziende.

Il corso si concentra sullo studio delle tematiche connesse all’economia
aziendale
ovvero l'azienda e l'ambiente, la corporate governance, la gestione
aziendale, l'organizzazione, il sistema informativo aziendale, il
sistema di rilevazione contabile, il sistema di pianificazione e
controllo, la strategia aziendale, i gruppi di aziende.

Metodi didattici
Lezioni frontali.
Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno in modalità mista: parziale presenza e lezioni videoregistrate asincrone/sincrone.
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Prova scritta su tutto il programma (durata 1 ora):
- 20 domande a risposta multipla (1 punto per risposta corretta, 0 punti per risposta errata)
- 2 esercizi (5 punti per esercizio corretto, 0-4 punti per esercizio errato o parzialmente corretto).
Prova orale su tutto il programma (solo in caso di superamento della prova scritta con punteggio pari o superiore a 18/30):
- Domande aperte in cui viene testata la capacità dello studente di argomentare (voto assegnato fino 30/30 con lode).
Voto finale: media tra voto della prova scritta e voto della prova orale.
Non sono previste prove intermedie.
Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 gli esami saranno solo orali e telematici. Verranno svolti utilizzando la piattaforma WebEx e
nella pagina e-learning dell'insegnamento verrà riportato un link
pubblico per l'accesso all'esame di possibili spettatori virtuali.

Learning objectives
The course aims to convey the fundamentals of business administration and to motivate those who approach the business world to a more in-depth research of the essential concepts. At the end of the course, the student must demonstrate that he has acquired the fundamental principles and the typical language of the business administration, as well as the ability to analyze and interpret the corporate phenomena and data and finally their critical reading in a formulation and argumentation aim of independent judgments on the economic environment, on the government, on management, on the organization, on the accounting and planning and control system, on the corporate strategy and on the business groups.
Being business administration the science of economic administration of companies, the student should be able to understand the conditions of existence and life manifestations of companies.

Teaching methods
Frontal lessons.
During the Covid-19 emergency period, lessons will take place in a mixed mode: partial attendance and asynchronous / synchronous videotaped lessons.
Assessment methods
Written exam on the whole program (duration 1 hour):
- 20 multiple choice questions (1 point for correct answer, 0 points for incorrect answer)
- 2 exercises (5 points for correct exercise, 0-4 points for incorrect or partially correct exercise).
Oral exam on the whole program (only in case of passing the written test with a score equal to or higher than 18/30):
- Open questions in which the student's ability to argue is tested (vote awarded up to 30/30 with honors).
Final mark: average between written test score and oral exam mark.
There are no intermediate tests.
In the Covid-19 emergency period, exams will only be oral and telematic. They will be carried out using the WebEx platform and on the e-learning page of the course there will be a public link for access to the examination of possible virtual spectators.
