Programma esteso
Urgenze\emergenze ginecologiche. Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche 1° Trimestre di gravidanza: Aborto, Gravidanza ectopica. Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche 2°, 3° Trimestre di gravidanza: Distacco di placenta, Placenta praevia, Vasi previ, Rottura dell’utero. Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche non emorragiche: Procidenza Prolasso di funicolo. Embolia da liquido amniotico. Distocia di spalle. Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche non emorragiche : DIC, HELLP. Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche del post-partum e puerperio: Atonia uterina, Ritenzione di placenta, Inversione uterina, Ematomi.

Nessuno.
Modalità didattica
Lezioni frontali ed esercitazioni.
Nel periodo di emergenza COVID 19 le lezioni si svolgeranno in modalità mista: parziale presenza e lezioni videoregistrate sincrone e asincrone

Modalità di verifica del profitto e valutazione
Prova scritta con Test a risposte chiuse e Domande aperte. Prova scritta consistente nella redazione di un elaborato di assistenza ostetrica, inerente un caso clinico. Prova orale con colloquio di discussione sullo scritto e sul programma del corso. Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 gli esami saranno solo telematici. Verranno svolti utilizzando la piattaforma WebEx e nella pagina e-learning dell'insegnamento verrà riportato un link pubblico per l'accesso all'esame.

Aims
The course provides students with the concepts relating to situations of urgency-emergency in obstetrics, gynaecology.
Contents
The student will know the clinic, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological obstetric emergencies.
Detailed program
Gynaecological Urgency and Emergency Obstetric Urgency and Emergency in the 1st Trimester of pregnancy: Abortion, Ectopic Pregnancy Obstetric Urgency and Emergency in the 2nd and 3rd Trimester of pregnancy: Abruptio Placentae, Placenta praevia, Blood vessels praevia, Uterine rupture Not haemorrhagic obstetric Rurgency and emergencies: Umbilical cord Procidentia or Prolapse. Amniotic Fluid Embolism, Shoulder Dystocia Not haemorrhagic obstetric Rurgency and emergencies: DIC, HELLP Emergencies bleeding of postpartum and postnatal period: Post-Partum Hemorrhage, Retained Placenta, Uterine Inversion, Hematomas

Assessment method
Written exam with multichoice answers and open answers. Written exam with production of an essay on midwife assistance concerning a clinical case. Oral exam with interview to discuss written test and course program. Due to covid 19 emergency all exams will be held remotely. The platform used is WebEx and a public link will be available on the e-learning page to access the exams.
