Obiettivi formativi
Lo scopo del corso è che gli studenti acquisiscano le conoscenze e le skill necessarie per:
- comprendere il ruolo e l'importanza dell'imprenditorialità per lo sviluppo economico
- sviluppare la creatività personale e l'iniziativa imprenditoriale
- comprendere i passaggi chiave nell'elaborazione dell'idea imprenditoriale
- comprendere le fasi del processo imprenditoriale e le risorse necessarie per lo sviluppo di iniziative imprenditoriali di successo.
Contenuti sintetici
Il corso si propone di approfondire le basi teoriche e metodologiche per capire l'imprenditorialità nel contesto dell'economia globale. Inoltre, si propone di stimolare idee di business procedendo dall'analisi delle idee d'impresa, attraverso il confronto con il mercato tramite strumenti di marketing, fino alla stesura di un business plan.

Lezioni frontali in aula + testimonianze aziendali
Al fine di garantire una costante attenzione al rapporto tra teoria e prassi aziendale, i contenuti del corso verranno proposti combinando momenti di lezione frontale con metodologie didattiche attive, attraverso interventi di testimoni aziendali e presentazione di casi di studio inerenti ai temi trattati.
Date le restrizioni legate all'emergenza COVID-19, se possibile, le lezioni si svolgeranno in modalità mista: parziale presenza e lezioni videoregistrate asincrone/sincrone. Se non fosse possibile nemmeno la parziale presenza, le lezioni saranno registrate e si svolgeranno da remoto in modalità asincrona/sincrona.
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Per gli studenti frequentanti:
Valutazione di un business plan di una startup basata su un’idea innovativa, sviluppato a gruppi durante il corso applicando gli strumenti e la conoscenza acquisita. Il business plan viene prodotto come report in forma scritta e viene presentato tramite una presentazione finale della durata di circa 20 minuti.
Per gli studenti non frequentanti:
Esame scritto sui testi di riferimento e sulle risorse rese disponibili tramite la piattaforma e-learning.
L'esame consiste in una prova scritta con una serie di domande, in parte a risposta multipla e in parte a risposta aperta, della durata di 45 minuti.
Qualora le restrizioni legate all'emergenza COVID-19 dovessero persistere, gli esami si svolgeranno tramite Respondus.

Learning objectives
The purpose of the course is that the students acquire necessary knowledge and skills required for:
- understanding the role and importance of entrepreneurship for economic development
- developing personal creativity and entrepreneurial initiative
- adopting of the key steps in the elaboration of business idea
- understanding the stages of the entrepreneurial process and the resources needed for the successful development of entrepreneurial ventures.
Contents
The course aims to deepen the theoretical and methodological bases to understand entrepreneurship in the context of the global economy. Furthermore, it aims to stimulate business ideas by proceeding from the analysis of business ideas, through the comparison with the market through marketing tools, up to the drafting of a business plan.

Classroom lessons + corporate testimonials
In order to better balance theory and practice, topics will be presented combining lectures, talks and case studies
Due to the COVID-19 emergency restrictions, if possible, lessons will be will be held partially on site and partially online (recorded and held remotely asynchronously or held remotely sychronously).

Assessment methods
For attending students:
Evaluation of a business plan of a startup based on an innovative idea. It is developed in groups during the course applying the tools and the knowledge acquired. The business plan consists in a report and is presented through a final presentation lasting approximately 20 minutes.
For non-attending students:
The assessment is based on the reference texts and on the resources made available through the e-learning platform. The exam consists of a written test with multiple choice and open-ended questions, which lasts about 45 minutes.
In case of restrictions due to COVID-19 emergency, the final evaluation will be done with a written examination using Respondus software.
