-          Diversity and inclusion in corporate governance models

-          Third sector and benefit corporations: corporate governance and sustainability

-          Social innovation practices in private and public sectors: impact on governance models

-          Directors’ Duties and Risk Management in Early Warning Proceedings

-          Directors’ Fiduciary Duties towards creditors and Preventive Restructuring Frameworks

 

Objectives of the Program:

-          to provide the students with fundamentals on Corporate Governance rules in closed corporations, public companies, benefit corporations and non-profit organizations;

to shed light on the main Corporate Governance legal and economic issues, including: diversity and inclusion, directors’ duties towards creditors and stakeholders, compliance and risk reporting, corporate rescue.


Evaluation: Written assignment
