Lo studente al termine del corso dovrà essere in grado di conoscere conoscere i valori fondamentali del lavoro, prevenire i rischi di malattia insiti nella professione e conoscere le normative a tutela del lavoratore., valutare le esigenze igienico sanitarie dei vari setting riabilitativi. L’insegnamento si propone di sviluppare nello studente la conoscenza del diritto del lavoro, dell’organizzazione dei livelli istituzionali dell’organizzazione sanitaria pubblica e privata, con particolare riferimento alla gestione clinico / assistenziale e professionale dell’area della riabilitazione e nello specifico al ruolo e alla figura professionale del Fisioterapista

Prova orale su valutazione dei docenti. Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 gli esami orali saranno solo telematici. Verranno svolti utilizzando la piattaforma WebEx e nella pagina e-learning dell'insegnamento verrà riportato un link pubblico per l'accesso all'esame di possibili spettatori virtuali.

After completing this course the student will be able to know the core values at work, to prevent the occupational risks and know regulations to protect workers and understand the needs of different hygienic and sanitary rehabilitation setting. The course aims at developing the students' knowledge of employment law (in form of individual and collective), the organization of institutional levels of the organization public and private health, with special reference to clinical management / welfare and professional area rehabilitation and specifically the role and the role of professional physiotherapist

Oral test (optional, on evaluation of the teacher ). During the Covid-19 emergency period, oral exams will only be online. They will be carried out using the WebEx platform and on the e-learning page of the course there will be a public link for access to the examination of possible virtual spectators.
