Obiettivi
Dopo aver completato con successo questo corso sarai in grado di:
- compilare la cartella clinica in modo completo
- riconoscere i principali quadri delle malattie reumatiche e saperli descrivere
- distinguere una sintomatologia di tipo infiammatorio da uno degenerativo
- conoscere la diagnosi Funzionale e la Diagnosi Differenziale delle diverse problematiche relative alla patologia reumatica
- applicare i criteri ICF nella valutare delle persone con malattie reumatiche
- conoscere i principali fondamenti per una loro corretta applicazione secondo il modello: neurofisiologico, biomeccanico, psicosociale.
- comprendere e applicare: Prevenzione, Trattamento e Riabilitazione Fisioterapica
- conoscere le principali metodiche riabilitative, le tecniche e gli strumenti per la riabilitazione reumatologica
-comprendere le indicazioni al trattamento riabilitativo su base delle principali Linee Guida,
- conoscere e saper affrontate riabilitativamente il dolore acuto, cronico e neuropatico.
- conoscere e essere in grado di trattare il danno primario e secondario nelle malattie reumatiche:
- conoscere la relazione terapeutica e strategie di comunicazione tra fisioterapista e paziente (aspettative, ruolo, psicodinamica), reazioni del paziente al dolore e alla disabilità, comportamento abnorme da malattia, tecniche di intervento cognitivo-comportamentale, l’effetto placeboContenuti sintetici
L’obbiettivo del corso è quello di formare professionisti specializzati nelle malattie reumatiche in grado di applicare le proprie conoscenze in ambito sanitario nazionale ed internazionale, pubblico e privato. Inoltre, i partecipanti potranno entrare a far parte di società scientifiche europee ed internazionali come Eular e ACR. Il corso introduce la conoscenza delle malattie reumatiche e ne approfondisce la valutazione e la stesura di programmi terapeutici specifici. Le lezioni saranno appoggiate da materiale quale presentazioni power point e materiale di lettura individuale. Le competenze degli studenti verranno valutate in sede di lezione con partecipazione attiva e durante l’applicazione pratica delle teorie spiegate.

Understand the therapeutic relation and the communication strategies between physiotherapist and patient (expectations, roles, psychodynamic), patients’ reactions to pain and disability, abnormal disease behavior, cognitive-behavioral techniques, placebo effect
Contents
The purpose of the course is to provide the students with skills to become professionals in Rheumatic Diseases and to be able to apply their knowledge and skills in the national and international health sector, both public and private. Moreover, participants will be able to be part of European and International scientific committee , such as Eular and ACR.
The course introduces rheumatic diseases and considers their evaluation and the planning of tailored therapeutic programs.
The material presented in lecture will be power point presentations and individual readings.
