Al termine del tirocinio lo studente sarà in grado di: 1. saper utilizzare la concettualità infermieristica ed i principi deontologici, nelle situazioni assistenziali previste dal progetto educativo e, conseguentemente, agire in relazione alle responsabilità richieste dal livello formativo; 2. riconoscere e rispettare il ruolo e le competenze proprie e quelle dei membri dell’équipe assistenziale, stabilendo relazioni, partecipando alle attività ed apportando contributi costruttivi; 3. identificare i bisogni di assistenza infermieristica/diagnosi infermieristiche, attuare e valutare l’assistenza infermieristica alla persona nelle diverse fasi della vita, sia in ospedale che nelle comunità, nel rispetto dei principi deontologici.

Durante il tirocinio verranno sperimentati, all’interno delle strutture socio-sanitarie, i contenuti presentati all’interno degli insegnamenti del II anno accademico con particolare riferimento al modello concettuale in uso nelle singole sezioni di corso. I contenuti sono raggruppati in cinque aree: 1. comportamento professionale; 2. capacità di osservazione; 3. capacità di relazione; 4. capacità di integrazione/collaborazione; 5. capacità/abilità tecnico-organizzative e di pianificazione.

In preparazione al tirocinio lo studente approfondirà i contenuti:

·     gestione del SNG                          

·     sulla gestione dei drenaggi chirurgici       

·     emodialisi                                       

·     circolazione extracorporea        

·     gestione della derivazione ventricolare interna/esterna    

·     drenaggi toracici                                          

analisi delle pubblicazioni scientifiche

Lezioni frontali, esercitazioni. Lavori di gruppo. Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno in modalità mista: parziale presenza e lezioni videoregistrate asincrone/sincrone.

At the end of the internship, students will be able to: 1. use nursing concepts and deontological principles in care situations provided by the educational project and, consequently, act according to the responsibilities required by the training level; 2. recognize and respect roles and competencies of each member of the team, establishing relationships, participating in the activities and making constructive contributions; 3. identify nursing needs/nursing diagnosis, implement and evaluate nursing  to people at different stages of life, both in a hospital and in a community context, in accordance with ethical principles.

During the internship, in social and health institutions, students will test skills acquired during the first year (with respect to the conceptual model used in the single sections). The contents are grouped into five areas: 1. professional behavior; 2. observational skills; 3. relationship skills; 4. ability to cooperate; 5. technical, organizational and planning skills.

In preparation for the internship the student will deepen the contents:

·     management of the NG tube

·     management of surgical drains

·     hemodialysis

·     extracorporeal circulation

·     management of internal / external ventricular derivation

·     thoracic drainage

analysis of scientific publications

Defined by academic regulation.

Lectures, exercises, group work. During the Covid-19 emergency period, lessons will take place in mixed mode: partial presence and asynchronous / synchronous videotaped lessons.
