Il corso deve fornire allo studente le nozioni necessarie per saper riconoscere le situazioni d'urgenza/emergenza clinica in ambito chirurgico e fornisce le competenze per salvaguardare la vita del paziente in attesa del medico.


EMERGENZE CHIRURGICHE: Riconoscere i principali quadri di urgenza chirurgica e saperli descrivere, quali addome acuto, emoperitoneo, emorragie gastro-enteriche, aneurismi e dissecazioni aortiche. Saper indirizzare in maniera appropriata di conseguenza i pazienti alle cure.


EMERGENZE CHIRURGICHE

 Saper descrivere dal punto di vista fisio-patologico e clinico le nozioni principali dei seguenti quadri acuti:

Addome Acuto (peritonite, occlusione intestinale, ischemia intestinale)

Occlusioni Intestinali

Emorragie gastro-enteriche

Traumi vascolari e formazione di pseudoaneurismi

Pz politraumatizzato e traumi organi parenchimatosi ( fegato, milza, reni)

Aneurismi e Dissecazioni Aortiche (presentazione clinica in fase di  rottura aneurismatica)

Le emergenze  nel bambino (inalazione corpo estraneo, arresto cardio-circolatorio, trauma cranico)


Obiettivi dei corsi del primo anno


Lezioni frontali. Nel periodo di emergenza Covid-19 le lezioni si svolgeranno in modalità mista: parziale presenza e lezioni videoregistrate asincrone/sincrone

Materiale didattico fornito interamente dal docente stesso, per approfondimenti: "M.Lise, Chirurgia per le Professioni Sanitarie, IV Edizione,Picci ed. 2006"

Prova scritta: quiz a risposta singola/multipla e domande a risposta aperta breve. 

Nel periodo  di emergenza  Covid-19 gli esami orali saranno solo telematici. Verrano svolti utlizzando la piattaforma WebEx e nella pagina e-learning dell'insegnamento verrà riportato il link pubblico per l'accesso all'esame di possibili spettatori virtuali.

The course aims to provide students with the necessary information to identify the surgical emergency situations, together with the clinical skills to protect the lives of patients waiting for the doctor.


SURGICAL EMERGENCIES: Recognize the main frames of surgical emergency and know how to describe them, such as acute abdomen, hematoperitoneum, gastro-enteric hemorrhages, aneurysms and aortic dissections. Being able to appropriately address patients to care.


SURGICAL EMERGENCIES

 Being able to describe in terms of physio-pathological and clinical frames the basics of the following acute frames:

Acute abdomen (peritonitis, bowel occlusion, intestinal ischemia)

Bowel obstruction

Digestive bleeding

Vessel damage (and pseudo-aneurysm)

Polytrauma and trauma of parenchymatosis organs ( liver, spleen, kidneys)

Aneurysms and aortic dissection (clinical presentation in aneurysm rupture phase)

Child clinical emergencies (inhalation of foreign body, cardio-circulatory arrest, head trauma)




Objectives of the first year courses


Lectures. In the emergency period Covid-19 lessons will take place in mixed mode: partial attendance and videorecorded asynchronous/synchronous lessons

Second Semester


Written exam: quizzes with single / multiple choice and open questions with brief answer. In the emergency period Covid-19 oral exams will be only telematic. They will be carried out using the Webex platform and in the e-learning page of the teaching will be reported the public link for access to the examination of possible virtual viewers
