Obiettivi formativi
Il corso si propone di introdurre gli studenti ai principali temi del dibattito filosofico giuridico del XX secolo.
Contenuti sintetici
Si introdurranno gli studenti ai concetti fondamentali della filosofia pratica, concentrandosi in maniera particolare sui taglio linguistico-analitico che sarà dato agli argomenti. Si metterà a fuoco la connessione tra linguaggio e diritto, definendo il linguaggio del diritto come linguaggio eminentemente pragmatico. In seguito si esamineranno i tratti essenziali della teorie giusnaturalistiche, giuspositivistiche, giusrealistiche.
Programma esteso
Il corso si dividerà in due parti. Nella prima parte, a partire dall’idea di
razionalità, lo studente verrà introdotto alle più diffuse teorie sulla natura
del diritto (positivismo giuridico, giusnaturalismo, realismo giuridico).
Nella seconda parte si studieranno alcune entità giuridiche di particolare
rilevanza nell’ambito della teoria degli oggetti sociali di John Searle.
Gli studenti frequentanti concorderanno il programma d’esame con il professire

Learning objectives
The course aims to introduce students to the main topics of the twentieth century philosophical legal debate.
Contents
Students will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of practical philosophy, focusing in particular on the linguistic-analytic cut that will be given to the topics. It will focus on the connection between language and law, defining the language of law as an eminently pragmatic language. Subsequently, the essential features of the natural-legal, giuspositivistic, giusrealistic theories will be examined.
Detailed program
The course will be divided into two parts. In the first part, starting from the idea of
rationality, the student will be introduced to the most widespread theories on nature
of law (legal positivism, natural law, legal realism).
In the second part we will study some particular legal entities
relevance in John Searle's theory of social objects.
