Obiettivi
Lo studente deve sapere: - Definire le principali patologie odontostomatologiche - Conoscere i protocolli preventivi - Illustrare le modalità di semeiotica della fisiopatologia del cavo orale - Conoscere l’organizzazione e l’ergonomia della professione
Contenuti sintetici
Al termine del corso lo studente deve avere acquisito conoscenze di fisiopatologia, diagnostica e clinica delle principali patologie odontostomatologiche
Programma esteso
L’organizzazione dello studio dentistico in funzione delle attività preventive e terapeutiche dell’igienista dentale. La prevenzione delle principali patologie odontostomatologiche: la patologia cariosa, la malattia parodontale, lesioni precancerose e carcinoma orale. Le patologie delle mucose del cavo orale: malattie ad eziopatogenesi virale,micotica, autoimmunitaria e patologie oncologiche. Semeiotica delle principali patologie del cavo orale.
Prerequisiti
Per il sostenimento degli esami lo studente deve rispettare le seguenti propedeucità: FISIOPATOLOGIA ODONTOSTOMATOLOGICA E PRINCIPI DI PREVENZIONE ORO-DENTALE richiede tutte le seguenti attività : - SCIENZE BIOMEDICHE - ORGANI E FUNZIONI

Contents
At the end of the course the student should have acquired knowledge of pathophysiology, diagnosis, and clinics of major dental diseases
Detailed program
The organization of dental practice according preventive and therapeutic dental hygienist’activities. The prevention of major dental diseases: dental caries, periodontal disease, oral cancer and precancerous lesions. The diseases of the mucous membranes of the mouth: viral, fungal, autoimmune oral diseases and cancer. Semiotics of the major oral disease
Prerequisites
To take the exam ORAL PATHOPHYSIOLOGY AND PRINCIPLES OF PREVENTION -requires all of the following exams: - BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES - ORGANS AND FUNCTIONS
