Il corso si propone di far acquisire allo studente la conoscenza degli istituti fondamentali del sistema di diritto privato italiano e di prendere confidenza con la loro applicazione nella pratica anche attraverso l'analisi di casi giurisprudenziali.

E' inoltre obiettivo del corso far acquisire allo studente la padronanza del linguaggio tecnico giuridico e la capacità di individuare la disciplina applicabile alle singole fattispecie concrete.

Il corso ha per oggetto lo studio dei principali istituti del diritto privato e della loro disciplina.

Pourpouse of the course is to enable the student to acquire the knowledge of the fundamental institutes of the Italian private law system and to become familiar with their application in practice, including the case law analysis.

It is also the aim of the course to enable the student to use the technical legal language and to identify the rules applicable to individual concrete cases.

The course has as its object the study of the main institutes of private law and their discipline.
