Obiettivi

Fare esperienza di continuità assistenziale tra la Studente e la Donna lungo tutto il Percorso Nascita.

Fare esperienza didattica di documentazione clinica secondo la normativa vigente, le raccomandazioni di buona pratica clinica e utilizzando il linguaggio disciplinare.

Contenuti sintetici

Osservazione e documentazione dell'accompagnamento durante la gravidanza, il parto e il puerperio di due donne\coppie (secondo il modello di presa in carico Midwifery Case Load)

Programma esteso

La studente:

- recluta la donna/coppia nel primo trimestre di gravidanza, secondo le modalità indicate dal Corso di Laurea in Ostetricia

- partecipa, di norma, con la donna/coppia agli appuntamenti in gravidanza, al parto e nelle prime settimane del puerperio secondo le Time Bands raccomandati da linee guida;

- documenta il percorso secondo la modulistica fornita dal Corso di Laurea in Ostetricia;

- redige la sezione “Assistenza Ostetrica osservata”, il Case Report, l’Epicrisi

Aims

To experience the continuity of care between the Student and the Woman along Birth Path.

Have a learning experience about clinical documentation according to current legislation, recommendations of good clinical practice and using Midwifing language.

Contents

Observation and documentation of the assistance and care pathway during pregnancy, delivery and puerperium of 2 women/couples (according to Midwifery Case Load Model)

Detailed program

The student:

- recruit the woman/couple during the first trimester of pregnancy, according to indication of Degree Course

- participate with the woman/couple in appointments during pregnancy, birth and the first weeks of the puerperium, according to Time Bands recommended from Guidelines;

- document the pathway according to forms provided by Degree Course;

- draw up “Observed Midwifery Care”, the Case Report, the Epicrisi
