Course Syllabus
Obiettivi
Al termine del tirocinio lo studente sarà in grado di: conoscere il modello organizzativo e la tipologia dell’utenza della sede di tirocinio e applicare il Processo di Assistenza Ostetrica. Lo studente sarà in grado di: 1_ applicare la disciplina ostetrica e i principi deontologici e umanistici in ogni situazione assistenziale prevista dal progetto educativo, e conseguentemente agire in relazione alle responsabilità richieste dal livello formativo, sperimentando l’agire professionale, in relazione alla persona assistita. 2_ riconoscere ed accettare il ruolo, le proprie competenze e quelle dei membri dell’équipe assistenziale, stabilendo relazioni, partecipando alle attività, apportando contributi creativi e costruttivi. 3_ collaborare e promuovere efficaci interventi educativi alla persona finalizzati alla prevenzione e al mantenimento dello stato di salute. Contenuti sintetici
Durante il tirocinio verranno sperimentati, all’interno delle strutture ospedaliere e territoriali i contenuti appresi durante l’attività formativa teorica del I anno con particolare riferimento al modello concettuale disciplinare. I contenuti sono raggruppati in cinque aree: 1. comportamento professionale; 2. capacità di osservazione; 3. capacità di relazione; 4. capacità di integrazione /collaborazione; 5. capacità/abilità tecnico-organizzative e di pianificazione
Programma esteso
Il tirocinio si svolge in strutture ospedaliere:
Ambulatorio prelievi, Ginecologia e Senologia Chirurgica, Ambulatorio ostetrico, Ambulatorio Materno-Neonatale, Area Ostetrica, Area Materno-Neonatale.
Per ciascun ambito di tirocinio lo studente raggiungerà obiettivi formativi che riguardano 5 aree. Area 1 COMPORTAMENTO PROFESSIONALE; Area 2 CAPACITA’ DI OSSERVAZIONE; Area 3 CAPACITA’ DI RELAZIONE; Area 4 CAPACITA’ DI INTEGRAZIONE/ COLLABORAZIONE; Area 5 CAPACITA’/ABILITA’ TECNICO-ORGANIZZATIVE E DI PIANIFICAZIONE.

Aims
At the end of the training the student will be able to: know the organizational model and the type of customer of training context and apply the Midwifery Care Process. The student will be able: 1_ to apply Midwifery Science and the deontological and humanistic principles in every clinical situation provided by the educational project, and consequently to act on the basis of responsibilities required by the educational level. 2_ to recognize and to accept the care team member’s role and skills, establishing good relationships, participating in activities, making creative and constructive contributions. 3_ to collaborate and to promote effective educational interventions to the person aimed to prevention and maintenance of health status. The student will acquire the basic clinical and caring skills
Contents
During clinical training, in hospital or in community health services students will be able to experiment the contents learned during the first year of course, according to the midwifery conceptual model.
Contents are grouped into five areas: 1. professional behavior; 2. observation skills; 3. communication skills; 4. collaboration skills; 5. technical-organizational and planning skills
Detailed program
The clinical training takes place in Hospital Services:
General Outpatient, Gynecological and Breast Ward, Obstetric Outpatient, Maternity-Neonatal Outpatient, Obstetric Department, Maternity Ward.
For each clinical training context the student will achieve educational objectives that include 5 area: Area 1 PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR; Area 2 OBSERVATION COMPETENCES; Area 3 RELATIONSHIP COMPETENCES; Area 4 INTEGRATION/ COLLABORATION COMPETENCES; Area 5 TECHNICAL, ORGANIZATIONAL AND PLANNING COMPETENCES/ SKILLS.
