The teaching module City and Culture aims to investigate the growing cultural complexity of contemporary cities with a focus on how constantly changing urban lifestyles, processes of social innovation, and the spatialization of difference rearticulate and reconfigure urban space and fabric.

The objective of the module is to provide Ph.D. students, through the discussion of case studies, with the conceptual and methodological tools to analyze in comparative perspective the cultural ongoing transformations in the most important European cities.

The module includes 7 seminar meetings, according to the following schedule:
