L'obiettivo del modulo di Anestesiologia, all'interno del corso di Assistenza Infermieristica in Area Critica, è fornire agli studenti le basi per comprendere gli obiettivi, le metodiche di erogazione e i rischi delle tecniche anestesiologiche.

Il programma include:

Basi farmacologiche:

  • Farmacocinetica e farmacodinamica degli anestetici generali e locali, e degli analgesici.

Anestesia generale:

  • Gestione delle vie aeree.
  • Gestione intraoperatoria della temperatura.
  • Monitoraggio intraoperatorio.
  • Identificazione e trattamento delle complicanze intraoperatorie

Anestesia locoregionale:

  • Tecniche di anestesia locoregionale.
  • Tossicità da anestetici locali

Gestione del dolore post-operatorio

  • valutazione del dolore
  • terapia farmacologica
  • Integrazione delle tecniche locoregionali nella gestione del dolore postoperatorio.

Il corso mira a fornire agli studenti gli strumenti necessari per una corretta gestione perioperatoria del paziente chirurgico.

ANESTESIOLOGIA - Introduzione all’anestesia. Scelta del tipo di anestesia. Anestesia generale. Sicurezza in Anestesia. L’apparecchio di Anestesia e materiale di uso anestesiologico. Il Consenso Informato all’Anestesia. La Premedicazione. Anestesia Endovenosa: Ipnotici. Analgesia in Anestesia: Oppioidi. Anestesia Inalatoria. Curari. La Gestione delle Vie Aeree e ventilazione. Anestetici Locali. Anestesia locoregionale: blocchi centrali e blocchi periferici. Le infusioni endovenose in sala operatoria. Monitoraggio intra-operatorio e post-operatorio. La Valutazione Pre-operatoria. Il Rischio Anestesiologico. Posizionamenti del paziente. Complicanze dell’anestesia. Trattamento del Dolore Acuto Postoperatorio. Anestesia in Pazienti con Patologie Concomitanti.

The objective of the Anesthesiology module, within the Critical Care Nursing course, is to provide students with the fundamentals to understand the goals, delivery methods, and risks associated with anesthesiology techniques.

The program includes:

Pharmacological Basics:

  • Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of general and local anesthetics, as well as analgesics.

General Anesthesia

  • Airway management.
  • Intraoperative temperature management.
  • Intraoperative monitoring.
  • Identification and treatment of intraoperative complications.

Regional Anesthesia:

  • Techniques of regional anesthesia.
  • Local anesthetic toxicity.

Postoperative Pain Management:

  • Pain assessment.
  • Pharmacological therapy.
  • Integration of regional techniques in postoperative pain management.

The aim of the course is to equip students with the necessary tools for the proper perioperative management of surgical patients.

ANESTHESIOLOGY - Introduction to anesthesia. Different types of anesthesia and choice. General anesthesia. Safety in Anesthesia, and equipments. The Informed Consent to anesthesia. The premedication. Intravenous Anesthesia: Hypnotics. Analgesia in Anaesthesia: Opioids. Inhalation anesthesia. Curare. The Airway management and mechanical ventilation. Local anesthetics. Locoregional anesthesia: central blocks and peripheral blocks. The intravenous infusions in the operating room. Intra-operative and post-operative monitoring. Pre-operative assessment. The Risk in Anesthesia. Patient’s posture. Complications of anesthesia. Treatment of Acute Postoperative Pain. Anesthesia in Patients with Concomitant diseases.

Positive evaluation in the following exams: Fundamentals of Nursing and Midwifery Sciences; Nursing Clinical Methodology; Biomedical Sciences 1; Biomedical Sciences 2; Human Physiology; Clinical Specialty Nursing; Surgical Specialty Nursing.
