Sviluppare la conoscenza delle strategie di trattamento del paziente con spalla dolorosa.

Contenuti sintetici

Concetti relativi alla valutazione e trattamento integrato della spalla dolorosa.

Programma esteso

Anatomia Funzionale - Biomeccanica e Artrocinematica della spalla (articolazioni glenoomerale, sotto-acromiale, scapolo-toracica, acromion-claveare, sterno-claveare);

Principi di anatomia patologica e meccanismi patogenetici delle sindromi da conflitto e delle sindromi da instabilità secondo le diverse scuole di pensiero (Kinetic Control, Maitland, Mc Connel, Mézières).

Principi di trattamento secondo le suddette scuole di pensiero.

concept of assessment and treatment of shoulder pain will be presented.

Detailed program

Functional Anatomy - Biomechanics and arthrokinematics of the shoulder (joints: glenohumeral, sub-acromial, scapulo-thoracic, acromio-clavicular, sterno-clavicular);

Principles of pathology and pathogenesis of the syndromes of conflict and instability according to the different schools of thought (Kinetic Control, Maitland, Mc Connel, Mezieres).

Principles of treatment according to the aforementioned schools of thought.
