Obiettivi

- presentare gli elementi caratteristici delle principali patologie di interesse neurochirurgico e dei processi di rigenerazione e riparazione del sistema nervoso.

- stimolare e favorire l’acquisizione di competenze per la gestione del progetto riabilitativo nella fase acuta e sub-acuta del post-operatorio in neuro-oncologia chirurgica, neurochirurgia vascolare, neuro-traumatologia cranica e vertebro-midollare.

Contenuti sintetici

le principali patologie neurochirurgiche di interesse riabilitativo , vascolari, espansive, traumatiche

Programma esteso

Principali patologie affrontate:

- tumori cerebrali,

- emorragia cerebrale,

- trauma cranio-cerebrale severo,

- trauma vertebro-midollare.

Valutazioni prognostiche e outcome.

Processi di rigenerazione e riparazione del SNC.

Impostazione del piano riabilitativo in fase acuta e sub-acuta.

conoscere la neuroanatomia , la neurofisiologia e la clinica neurologica

Aims

Identify the most common diseases of neurosurgical interest: cerebral tumors, cerebral hemorrhages, severe brain injury, spinal cord injuries and the reparative processes and regeneration processes of the nervous system .

Acquire skills for the rehabilitative project management in the most common diseases of neurosurgical interest (acute and subacute phase).

Contents

the main neurosurgical pathologies of rehabilitative, vascular, expansive, traumatic interest

Detailed program

Theoretical elements for the comprehension and setting up pf the rehabilitative plan in the acute and subacute phases of the post surgical patient in the cancer surgery, vascular neurosurgery, brain and spinal cord neurotraumatology.

Prognostic assessment and outcome of the most common diseases of neurosurgerical interest
