Obiettivi
L'obiettivo del tirocinio è quello di fornire allo studente un'esperienza pratica sulla gestione dei pazienti con problemi di malattie infettive.
Contenuti sintetici
Lo studente frequenterà il reparto di Malattie Infettive (ambulatorio e unità di Malattie Infettive).
Programma esteso
Ogni studente sarà assegnato, quotidianamente, ad un medico in malattie infettive per le attività lavorative quotidiane. In ambulatorio, lo studente avrà la possibilità di partecipare a specifici ambulatori (es. HIV, epatologia, infezioni ossee, tubercolosi, malattie sessualmente trasmissibili). Nella sezione di degenza lo studente parteciperà al turno di reparto.
Prerequisiti
Corso di abilità cliniche di base. Si raccomanda allo studente di aver già superato l'esame di Malattie Infettive.
Modalità didattica
Lo studente parteciperà all'attività clinica e discuterà con il tutor del processo clinico, diagnostico e terapeutico.
Materiale didattico
Malattie infettive: un breve corso clinico, seconda edizione (LANGE Clinical Medicine).

Valutazione del processo clinico, diagnostico e terapeutico e delle capacità di interazione studente-paziente.

Aims
The internship's aim is to provide the student a practical experience about the management of patients with infectious diseases issues.
Contents
The student will attend the Infectious Diseases department (outpatient clinic and Infectious Diseases unit).
Detailed program
Each student will be assigned, on a daily basis, to an infectious diseases physician for the daily working activities. In the outpatient clinic, the student will have the opportunity to participate to specific outpatient clinics (i.e. HIV, hepatology, bone infections, tuberculosis, sexually transmitted diseases). In the inpatient section the student will participate to ward round.
Prerequisites
Basic Clinical Skills course. It is recommended that the student has already passed the Infectious diseases examination.
Teaching form
The student will participate to clinical activity and will discuss with the tutor about the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic process.

Infectious Diseases: A Clinical Short Course, Second Edition (LANGE Clinical Medicine).
