Obiettivi formativi
Conoscenza e Comprensione
Il modulo, si propone di far conoscere i grandi cambiamenti avvenuti in questi ultimi 30 anni nel settore dell’intermediazione turistica, sia dal punto di vista qualitativo che quantitativo, con particolare riferimento ai rapporti avvenuti fra l’organizzazione, la distribuzione e il cliente finale. Verranno introdotti argomenti di estrema attualità in merito alla distribuzione turistica digitale e ai cambiamenti in atto dovuti al Covid19, agli effetti sul mondo del turismo e al nuovo rapporto tra distribuzione turistica e turista digitale nell'era Covid. Verrà infine presentati i primi concetti legati all'Intelligenza Artificiale e come questa sta impattando e impatterà sull'evoluzione della distribuzione di servizi turistici
Capacità di applicare conoscenza e comprensione
Il corso permette agli studenti di comprendere meglio le dinamiche distributive nel turismo dei primi 24 anni del millennio e i possibili scenari futuri, riconoscendo i ruoli dei vari soggetti della filiera, i principali ambiti economici e di responsabilità, nell'ottica di un miglior inserimento all'interno di diversi settori turistici e in particolar modo quello delle OTA, delle agenzie di viaggi e dei tour operator.

Prerequisiti
Adeguate conoscenze di tecnica turistica e ragionevoli capacità di apprendimento, di scrittura e di comunicazione orale. Conoscenza base della lingua inglese e degli strumenti informatici per meglio comprendere la terminologia e il funzionamento di alcuni strumenti di lavoro e di vendita
Metodi didattici
L'insegnamento si compone di 28 lezioni frontali svolte con le seguenti modalità didattiche:
- 25 lezioni da 2 ore svolte in modalità erogativa in presenza di cui 8-10 con la presenza e il supporto di un testimonial esterno appartenente ad aziende importanti di settore;
- 3 lezioni da 2 ore svolte in modalità mistain presenza: erogativa e interattiva entr
- Lingua: Italiano
- Alcune lezioni potrebbero essere svolte a distanza solo nel caso in cui non fosse possibile la didattica in presenza
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Esame in laboratorio informatico che prevede una prova a scelta multipla basata su un numero di almeno 25 domande + 5 domande con risposta aperta per una durata totale di 1 ora
L'esame potrà essere verbalizzato anche con l'ottenimento del punteggio dopo la prova scritta.
Con l'ottenimento di un punteggio minimo di 18 lo studente avrà anche la possibilità di accedere facoltativamente a una prova orale che potrà confermare, aumentare o diminuire il voto conseguito durante lo scritto.
Le modalità di correzione delle domande chiuse prevederanno 1 punto per ogni risposta corretta - 0 punti per ogni risposta errata - punteggio tra 0,1 e 0,2 nel caso in cui si dichiari di non conoscere la risposta. Le domande aperte avranno un limite di parole da utilizzare e saranno valutate con un punteggio compreso tra 0 e 1 a seconda del grado di correttezza della risposta fornita.
Le modalità di svolgimento dell'esame potrebbero subire variazioni (dovute ad esempio alle modalità in presenza o a distanza) durante l'anno che verranno comunicate giorni prima della prova da sostenere.

Knowledge and Comprehension
The course has the aim to show the great changes that occurred in the last years in the field of the tourism intermediation from the point of view of quality and quantity, fucusing in particular on the relationships between the organization, the distribution and the customer. Actual topics will be introduced regarding digital tourism distribution and the changes due to Covid19, the effects on tourism and the new relationship between tourism distribution and digital tourist in the Covid era. Finally, the first concepts related to Artificial Intelligence and how it is impacting and will impact the evolution of the distribution of tourism services will be presented
Capability to apply knowledge and comprehension
The course allows students to better understand the distribution dynamics in tourism in the first 24 years of the millennium and possible future scenarios, recognizing the roles of the different players in the supply chain, the main economic and responsibility areas, with a view to better integration into the various tourist sectors and in particular of OTAs, travel agencies and tour operators.

Prerequisites
Adequate knowledge of tourism technique and reasonable learning, writing and oral communication skills. Basic knowledge of English and of IT tools to better understand the terminology and operation of some work and sales tools
Teaching methods
The course consists of 28 face-to-face lectures in the following teaching modes
- 25 lectures of 2 hours each, conducted in presence mode, of which 8-10 with the presence and support of an external testimonial belonging to important companies in the sector;
- 3 lectures of 2 hours conducted in mixed mode in presence: dispensing and interactive entry.
- Language: Italian
- Some lectures could be conducted remotely only in case in-presence teaching is not possible.
Assessment methods
Computer lab examination involving a multiple-choice test based on a number of at least 25 questions + 5 open-ended questions for a total duration of 1 hour
The exam can also be verbalized by obtaining the score after the written test.
By obtaining a minimum score of 18, the student will also have the choice of optionally accessing an oral test that can confirm, increase or decrease the grade achieved during the written.
The grading methods for closed questions will provide 1 point for each correct answer - 0 points for each incorrect answer - score between 0.1 and 0.2 if you state that you do not know the answer. Open questions will have a word limit to be used and will be scored between 0 and 1 depending on the degree of correctness of the answer given.
The way the exam is conducted may change (due to in-person or distance modes, for example) during the year, which will be communicated days before the test to be taken.
