Obiettivi
Obiettivo del tirocinio di Area Chirurgica 2, articolato in due moduli A e B che presentano struttura analoga, è l’approfondimento del percorso iniziato nel precedente tirocinio di Area Chirurgica 1. Al termine di questo periodo lo studente deve essere in grado di dimostrare un corretto approccio e una corretta gestione dei casi clinici riferiti. Deve saper ipotizzare in modo autonomo le diverse fasi del processo diagnostico-gestionale del paziente che afferisce alle strutture di area chirurgica e di individuarne le criticità.

Attività pratica svolta in rapporto ai casi clinici afferenti alla sezione di chirurgia generale dell'ospedale didattico. Valutazione del paziente e la sua preparazione chirurgica
Programma esteso
Il corso si propone di fornire allo studente le competenze per approcciarsi al paziente di pertinenza chirurgica.
Verranno inoltre discussi principi chirurgici e tecniche chirurgiche

Modalità didattica
Questo tirocinio di chirurgia prevede la frequenza obbligatoria presso la struttura assegnata. Il tirocinio è svolto con l’affiancamento di un tutor che guida lo studente nella conoscenza delle procedure diagnostico-strumentali necessarie per la gestione del paziente. Lo studente deve partecipare attivamente alla gestione dei casi di interesse chirurgico, collaborando nella diagnosi della patologia, nell'espletamento degli interventi chirurgici, nella gestione postoperatoria.

Aims
The aim of the Surgical Area internship 2, divided into two modules A and B which have a similar structure, is the deepening of the path started in the previous Surgical Area internship 1. At the end of this period the student must be able to demonstrate a correct approach and correct management of reported clinical cases. He must be able to hypothesize autonomously the different phases of the diagnostic-management process of the patient who refers to the structures of the surgical area and to identify the criticalities.
Contents
Practical activity carried out in relation to the clinical cases relating to the general surgery department of the teaching hospital. Evaluation of the patient and his/her surgical preparation.
Detailed program
The course aims to provide the student clinical skills to approach a surgical patient.
Surgical principles and surgical techniques will be discussed
Prerequisites
Previousexperience of Surgical Area internship 1,
knowledge acquired during the course Patologia Medico Chirurgica 2
Teaching form
This surgical internship consists in the attendance of the assigned sugical unit.
The internship is carried out with the support of a tutor who guides the student in the knowledge of the diagnostic-instrumental procedures necessary for patient management. The student must actively participate in the management of cases of surgical interest, collaborating in the diagnosis of the pathology, in carrying out surgical interventions, in postoperative management.
