Obiettivi
Tirocinio Professionalizzante Valutativo per l’esame di stato (TPVES)
consolidamento, verifica di apprendimento e accertamento delle capacità dello studente relative al «saper fare e al saper essere medico» : applicare le conoscenze biomediche e cliniche alla pratica medica, nel risolvere questioni di deontologia professionale e di etica medica, nel dimostrare attitudine a risolvere problemi clinici.”

Prerequisiti
Il TPVES viene svolto dallo studente al sesto anno di corso (secondo quanto previsto dal piano degli studi)
Modalità didattica
Rapporto Tutore : Studente = 1:1
Frequenza in Reparto di degenza, in ambulatorio, in Day Hospital (attività tutorata)
Attesa acquisizione delle seguenti competenze:
- Messa in atto delle buone pratiche del rapporto medico-paziente: colloquio, informazione, chiarezza, acquisizione del consenso.
- Raccogliere l’anamnesi e eseguire un esame obiettivo (supervisionato)
- Applicare il ragionamento clinico (supervisionato)
- Interpretazione gli esami di laboratorio e di diagnostica per immagini
- Trattamenti farmacologico e non
- Compilazione lettera dimissione
- applicazione appropriatezza nell’indicazione al ricovero/percorsi di riabilitazione/ricovero protetto
- conoscenza azioni di prevenzione e di educazione sanitaria
- Conoscenza e consapevolezza su organizzazione del Servizio Sanitario Nazionale e del Servizio Sanitario Regionale
- Rispetto degli orari di inizio e fine turno, vestizione adeguata al ruolo, dotazione tecnica adeguata
- Conoscenza e Rispetto delle regole del reparto e/o ambulatorio
- Interazione adeguata con personale medico, infermieristico e tecnico del reparto
- Conoscenza e consapevolezza dei diversi ruoli e compiti dei membri dell’equipe
- Atteggiamento propositivo: fare domande, attiva proposizione di svolgimento ccompiti

Evaluative Professional Training for the State exam (TPVES)
consolidation, verification of learning and assessment of the student's skills relating to "know-how and knowing how to be a doctor": applying biomedical and clinical knowledge to medical practice, in solving questions of professional ethics and medical ethics, in demonstrating aptitude for solving clinical problems
Contents
assessment of "know-how and knowing how to be a doctor" surgical area
Prerequisites
The TPVES is carried out by the student in the sixth year of the course (as provided for in the study plan)
Teaching form
Tutor : Student ratio = 1:1
Attendance in the inpatient ward, outpatient clinic, day hospital (tutored activity)
Expected acquisition of the following skills:
* Implementation of best practices in the doctor-patient relationship: interview, information, clarity, acquisition of consent.
* to properly collect a medical history and to perform a (supervised) physical examination
* Apply clinical reasoning (supervised)
* Interpretation of laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging
* Pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments
* Compilation of discharge letter
* Application of appropriateness in the indication for hospitalisation/rehabilitation pathways/protected hospitalisation
* Knowledge of prevention and health education actions
* Knowledge and awareness of the organization of the National Health Service and the Regional Health Service
* Compliance with the start and end times of the shift, dressing appropriate to the role, adequate technical equipment
* Knowledge and respect for the rules of the ward and/or clinic
* Adequate interaction with medical, nursing and technical personnel of the department
* Knowledge and awareness of the different roles and tasks of the team members
* Proactive attitude: asking questions, active proposition for carrying out tasks

Assessment method
Use the following letters for a POSITIVE EVALUATION with the corresponding marks: A: Excellent; B: Very good; C: Good; D: Satisfactory; E: Sufficient; F: Insufficient. Use the letter F for a NEGATIVE evaluation.
Final evaluation by coordinators: ELIGIBLE/NOT ELIGIBLE
