Obiettivi
Il seminario affronta il tema dell’assistenza territoriale e di comunità nei diversi contesti e in tutti gli ambiti di promozione, prevenzione e tutela globale della salute femminile, in tutte le età e con un’ottica proiettata al miglioramento e all’integrazione con i servizi attualmente presenti nella rete d’offerta sanitaria.

Il seminario è volto a rendere evidenti le competenze specifiche riconosciute all’ostetrica/o e a valorizzare e dare rinforzo ai temi relativi a: Autonomia professionale, gestione di situazioni critiche, integrazione con il team di lavoro, problem solving, empatia e capacità di ascolto.

Prerequisiti
Conoscenze legislative relative all'ambito ostetrico (Profilo profesisonale DM 740/94, Codice Deontologico dell'Ostetrica)
Modalità didattica
8 ore di didattica erogativa, in presenza e 4 ore di didattica interattiva con lavori di gruppo e discussione di casi clinici.

Aims
The seminar addresses the issue of territorial and community care in the various contexts and in all areas of the promotion, prevention and global protection of women's health, in all ages and with a view to improvement and integration with the services currently present in the health supply network.
Contents
The seminar is aimed at highlighting the specific skills acknowledged to the midwife and at enhancing and reinforcing the topics related to: Professional autonomy, management of critical situations, integration with the work team, problem solving, empathy and listening skills.

Prerequisites
Legislative knowledge related to Midwifery (Professional profile, Doentological code)
Teaching form
8 hours of lectures and 4 hours of interactive lessons with group work and discussion of clinical cases..
