Obiettivi

Fornire le conoscenze e le competenze per riconoscere le situazioni patologiche durante il travaglio e il parto e per agire in maniera appropriata, attuando le modalità di assistenza adeguate alle condizioni di alto rischio.

Principali condizioni di distocia del travaglio di parto (parte seconda)

Programma esteso

  • Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle principali distocie meccaniche del I e II Stadio del travaglio di parto.
  • Parto gemellare
  • Indicazioni, tecniche e procedure di parti strumentali: Taglio Cesareo, Applicazione di ventosa ostetrica, forcipe)
  • Parto podalico
  • Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle Patologia del III-IV stadio
  • Indicazioni, tecnica e procedura chirurgica: secondamento manuale.

Modalità didattica

8 ore di didattica erogativa da remoto sincrona
4 ore di lezioni prevalentemente in modalità erogativa (lezione frontale, in presenza) con l'inserimento di attività interattive (video didattici, discussioni guidate su casi clinici).

Aims

Provide the knowledge and skills to recognise pathological situations during labour and delivery and to act appropriately, implementing appropriate care modalities for high-risk conditions.

Contents

Main dystocia conditions of labour and delivery (part two)

Detailed program

  • Prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of the major mechanical dystocias of Stage I and II labor.
  • Twin births.
  • Indications, techniques and procedures of instrumental deliveries: Caesarean section, Application of obstetric suction cup, forceps)
  • Prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of Stage III-IV pathology.
  • Indications, technique and surgical procedure: manual removal.

Prerequisites

None.

Teaching form

8 hours of synchronous remote didactic delivery.
4 hours of lectures mainly in the delivery mode (frontal, in-presence lecture) with the inclusion of interactive activities (didactic videos, guided discussions on clinical cases).
