Obiettivi

Fornire le conoscenze e le competenze per un’assistenza ostetrica basata su prove di efficacia nelle situazioni
patologiche durante il periodo puerperale, con riferimento alla Midwifery Partnership, al Midwifery Management, alla
classificazione ICF e alle Scale di valutazione.

L'Assistenza Ostetrica nelle condizioni patologiche del periodo puerperale

Programma esteso

  • Presa in carico della donna con medio-alto profilo di rischio ostetrico nei percorsi diagnostico-terapeutico-assistenziali durante il periodo puerperale
  • Assistenza ostetrica a donne con puerperio complicato da alterazione di strutture e funzioni corporee dei Sistemi Nervoso e Mentale (depressione post partum), Genito-riproduttivo (infezioni puerperali del tratto genitale), Endocrinologico (sindrome di Sheehan), Ematologico (anemia), Cardiovascolare e respiratorio (malattie tromboemboliche)
  • Prevalenza, diagnosi e trattamento delle principali patologie del seno in allattamento: ragadi, dotto bloccato, ingorgo, ascesso, infezioni, tumori
  • Mastosuzione meccanica
  • Rilattazione e lattazione indotta
  • Bassa produzione di latte
  • L’assistenza ostetrica al neonato/alla neonata con alterazione dello stato di salute

Aims

To provide the knowledge and skills for evidence-based obstetrical care in situations pathological situations during the puerperal period, with reference to the Midwifery Partnership, Midwifery Management, the ICF classification and the Rating Scales.

Contents

Obstetrical care in the pathological conditions of the puerperal period

Detailed program

  • Midwifery Care of women with a medium-high obstetric risk profile in the diagnostic-therapeutic-care pathways during the puerperal period
  • Midwifery care for women with puerperium complicated by alterations in body structures and functions of the Nervous and Mental Systems (post-partum depression), Genito-reproductive (puerperal infections of the genital tract), Endocrinological (Sheehan's syndrome), Haematological (anaemia), Cardiovascular and Respiratory (thromboembolic diseases)
  • Prevalence, diagnosis and treatment of the main breast diseases in lactation: rhagades, blocked ducts, engorgement, abscess, infections, tumours
  • Mechanical mastosuction
  • Relactation and induced lactation
  • Low milk production
  • Midwifery care of the newborn/infant with altered health status
