Obiettivi
Riconoscere i segni delle situazioni di emergenza-urgenza in ambito ostetrico e ginecologico e comprenderne gestione ed evoluzione.
Contenuti sintetici
Clinica, diagnosi e trattamento delle emergenze ostetrico-ginecologiche.
Programma esteso
- Urgenze\emergenze ginecologiche.
- Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche 1° Trimestre di gravidanza: Aborto, Gravidanza ectopica
- Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche 2°, 3° Trimestre di gravidanza: Distacco di placenta, Placenta praevia, Vasi previ, Rottura dell’utero.
- Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche non emorragiche: Prolasso di funicolo. Distocia di spalle. Eclampsia
- Urgenze\emergenze ostetriche emorragiche del post-partum e puerperio: Atonia uterina, Ritenzione di placenta, Inversione uterina, DIC, Ematomi .
- Riparazione chirurgica delle lacerazioni di 3° e 4° grado
Prerequisiti
Nessuno.
Modalità didattica
Le lezioni sono svolte prevalentemente in modalità erogativa (lezione frontale) con l'inserimento di alcune attività interattive (esercitazioni individuali e/o di gruppo, video didattici, discussioni di casi clinici). Le lezioni si svolgono in presenza.

Aims
Recognise the signs of emergency-urgency situations in obstetrics and gynaecology and understand their management and evolution.
Contents
The clinic, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological obstetric emergencies.
Detailed program
- Gynaecological emergencies.
- Obstetric haemorrhagic emergencies 1st trimester of pregnancy: Abortion, Ectopic pregnancy
- Obstetrical haemorrhagic emergencies 2nd, 3rd trimester of pregnancy: Placental abruption, Placenta praevia, Previa, Uterus rupture.
- Non-haemorrhagic obstetric emergencies: Prolapse of funiculus. Amniotic fluid embolism, Shoulder dystocia.
- Post-partum and puerperium haemorrhagic obstetric emergencies: uterine atony, placental retention, uterine inversion, DIC, haematomas.
- Surgical repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
Prerequisites
None.
Teaching form
Lectures are conducted mainly in the delivery mode (frontal lecture) with the inclusion of some interactive activities (individual and/or group exercises, instructional videos, discussions of clinical cases). Lectures are conducted in presence.
