Obiettivi

Conoscere le principali patologie di interesse neurochirurgico e i meccanismi di rigenerazione e riparazione del sistema nervoso.
(DdD 1 – Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione)

Acquisire competenze per la pianificazione e gestione del progetto riabilitativo nelle fasi acuta e sub-acuta del post-operatorio in ambito neuro-oncologico, neurochirurgico vascolare, neurotraumatologico cranico e vertebro-midollare.
(DdD 2 – Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione applicate)

Contenuti sintetici

le principali patologie neurochirurgiche di interesse riabilitativo , vascolari, espansive, traumatiche

Programma esteso

Principali patologie affrontate:

  • tumori cerebrali,

  • emorragia cerebrale,

  • trauma cranio-cerebrale severo,

  • trauma vertebro-midollare.

Valutazioni prognostiche e outcome.

Processi di rigenerazione e riparazione del SNC.

Impostazione del piano riabilitativo in fase acuta e sub-acuta.

Prerequisiti

conoscere la neuroanatomia , la neurofisiologia e la clinica neurologica

Aims

To understand the main neurosurgical conditions and the mechanisms of nervous system regeneration and repair. (DD 1)

To acquire skills for planning and managing the rehabilitation project during the acute and sub-acute postoperative phases in neuro-oncology, vascular neurosurgery, cranial and spinal neurotraumatology (DD 2)

Contents

the main neurosurgical pathologies of rehabilitative, vascular, expansive, traumatic interest

Detailed program

Main pathologies:

-Brain tumors

-Cerebral hemorrhage

-Severe traumatic brain injury

-Spinal cord injury

Prognostic assessments and outcomes

Regeneration and repair processes of the central nervous system (CNS)

Planning the rehabilitation program during acute and sub-acute phases

Prerequisites

neuroanatomy, neurophysiology and clinical neurology
