Obiettivi

Acquisire conoscenze relative a:

  • I fondamenti dell’ordinamento giudiziario e del procedimento giuridico in ambito sanitario
  • L’inquadramento normativo delle professioni sanitarie, con specifico riferimento alla figura del fisioterapista
  • Il significato e le implicazioni del segreto professionale
  • La gestione e le caratteristiche della documentazione sociosanitaria
    (DdD 1)

Applicare le conoscenze normative per agire in modo consapevole e responsabile nel proprio ambito professionale, riconoscendo diritti, doveri e limiti della pratica fisioterapica.

To acquire knowledge related to:

  • The fundamentals of the judicial system and legal procedures in the healthcare context
  • The regulatory framework of healthcare professions, with specific reference to the role of the physiotherapist
  • The meaning and implications of professional secrecy
  • The management and characteristics of social and healthcare documentation

To apply regulatory knowledge in order to act consciously and responsibly within one's professional scope, recognizing the rights, duties, and limits of physiotherapy practice.

Detailed program

  1. The fundamentals of the judicial system and legal procedures:
  2. The National Health Service (SSN), healthcare funding models, healthcare organizational models, key features of the SSN, regionalization, corporatization of healthcare organizations, the organizational chart and model, accreditation processes, and Essential Levels of Care (LEA).
  3. The regulatory framework of healthcare professions:
  4. General and profession-specific regulations for physiotherapists, professional liability, legal constraints of professional practice, and the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
  5. Essential Levels of Care and the Hospital Discharge Record (SDO), including the Rehabilitation Discharge Record.
  6. The concept of clinical governance, Clinical Governance in Rehabilitation, and clinical risk management.
