Obiettivi

Approfondire la conoscenza delle strategie di inquadramento clinico, valutazione funzionale e trattamento riabilitativo del paziente con spalla dolorosa.
(DdD 1)

Applicare le conoscenze acquisite per elaborare e attuare un piano di trattamento fisioterapico per pazienti con spalla dolorosa, attraverso l’analisi e la gestione di casi clinici.
(DdD 2)

Contenuti sintetici

Concetti relativi alla valutazione e trattamento integrato della spalla dolorosa secondo conoscenze scientifiche e competenza clinica.

Programma esteso

Anatomia Funzionale - Biomeccanica e Artrocinematica della spalla (articolazioni glenoomerale, sotto-acromiale, scapolo-toracica, acromion-claveare, sterno-claveare);
Ruolo della cuffia e la sua attività nelle diverse posizioni.
Concetti dell adattabilità tendinea, il continunm model e i tre stage tendinei.
Principi di anatomia patologica e meccanismi patogenetici della tendinopatia di cuffia
Principi di trattamento secondo le evidenze scientifiche e la competenza clinica.

Aims

To deepen knowledge of clinical framing strategies, functional assessment, and rehabilitative treatment of patients with shoulder pain.
(DD 1)

To apply acquired knowledge to design and implement a physiotherapy treatment plan for patients with shoulder pain, through the analysis and management of clinical cases.
(DD 2)

Contents

Concepts related to the evaluation and integrated treatment of painful shoulder according to scientific knowledge and clinical competence.

Detailed program

Functional Anatomy - Biomechanics and Arthrokinematics of the shoulder (glenohumeral, subacromial, scapulothoracic, acromioclavicular, sternoclavicular joints);
the role of the cuff and its activity in different positions.
Concepts of tendon adaptability, the continuum model and the three tendon stages.
Principles of pathological anatomy and pathogenetic mechanisms of cuff tendinopathy
Principles of treatment according to scientific evidence and clinical competence.
