Obiettivi
Lo studente dovrà dimostrare di aver compreso le basi tecniche dell’angiografia e di conoscere le principali indicazioni cliniche agli esami angiografici. Dovrà possedere solide conoscenze di anatomia radiologica e dimostrare padronanza delle procedure di angiografia body.
Contenuti sintetici
Il modulo si propone di fornire allo studente le conoscenze teoriche, tecniche e pratiche per l’esecuzione di esami di angiografia nello studio dei diversi organi o apparati e delle principali procedure di radiologia interventistica.

STORIA ED EVOLUZIONE
Cenni di storia ed evoluzione delle metodiche nel corso degli anni.
ESECUZIONE DELLE PROCEDURE
Il processo dalla preparazione del paziente all’archiviazione delle immagini.

Superamento dell’esame di Tecniche di Diagnostica per Immagini I

4 lezioni da 2 ore svolte in modalità erogativa in presenza.

Test a risposte chiuse (domande a risposta multipla) e domande aperte scritte per valutare la preparazione sul programma d’esame e la capacità espositiva in ambito disciplinare. Eventuale colloquio orale aggiuntivo se richiesto dal docente o dallo studente.

Aims
The student must demonstrate that they understand the technical basis of angiography and know the main clinical indications for angiographic examinations. He/she will need to possess solid knowledge of radiological anatomy and demonstrate mastery of body angiography procedures.
Contents
The module aims to provide the student with the theoretical, technical and practical knowledge for carrying out angiography exams in the study of different organs or systems and the main interventional radiology procedures.

GENERAL DEFINITIONS
Meaning of terms: what angiographic and interventional methods are and what they are used for.
HISTORY AND EVOLUTION
Notes on the history and evolution of the methods over the years.
EXECUTION OF PROCEDURES
The process from patient preparation to image archiving.

Monza
Oral interview to check preparation on the exam program and ability to properly use the technical language.
Bergamo
Closed-answer tests (multiple choice questions) and written open questions to evaluate preparation on the exam program and expository ability in the disciplinary field. Possible additional oral interview if requested by the teacher or the student.
