The course focuses on the use of “R”, a free, open-source software widely used in the scientific community for data analysis. The course covers the general logic of programming in R, data management, and graphical visualization of results. Special emphasis is placed on the application of R techniques relevant to psychological research. These techniques include inferential statistics (e.g., linear regression and ANOVA), as well as more "advanced" statistics such as mixed models. The course also introduces R Studio, which provides a user-friendly interface making R programming more accessible
