Obiettivi formativi

Il laboratorio intende offrire agli studenti le conoscenze tipiche per sapersi confrontare quotidianamente con la gestione di progetti, con la necessità di armonizzare risorse e tempi e, soprattutto, di trovare soluzioni sostenibili e praticabili rispetto alle criticità che emergono durante il ciclo vita di un progetto.

D1) Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione
Conoscere e comprendere i principi fondamentali del project management, le caratteristiche del ciclo di vita di un progetto e i principali strumenti utilizzati per la sua impostazione, gestione, monitoraggio e conclusione.

D2) Conoscenza e capacità di comprensione applicate
Applicare strumenti e tecniche di project management alla definizione e allo sviluppo di un’idea progettuale, pianificando attività, tempi e risorse e individuando soluzioni praticabili e sostenibili.

D3) Autonomia di giudizio
Valutare criticamente punti di forza, elementi di innovatività e criticità di un progetto, formulando scelte motivate rispetto alle possibili alternative di gestione.

D4) Abilità comunicative
Presentare in modo chiaro, sintetico ed efficace un’idea progettuale, illustrandone obiettivi, attività, tempi, risorse e principali elementi di fattibilità, anche nell’ambito del lavoro di gruppo.

D5) Capacità di apprendere
Sviluppare la capacità di apprendere autonomamente nuovi strumenti e metodologie di project management e di adattarli alle caratteristiche e alle esigenze di differenti contesti progettuali.

Contenuti sintetici

  • Definizione di cosa sia un progetto e quali siano le sue caratteristiche tipiche e peculiari;
  • Applicazione di strumenti e tecniche per impostare, gestire, monitorare e concludere un progetto (dall’idea progettuale al progetto)
  • Definire la chiave di lettura corretta che consenta di individuare punti di forza, innovatività e criticità di un progetto

Prerequisiti

Per potersi iscrivere ai laboratori è necessario avere almeno 90 CFU (già verbalizzati) ed essere iscritti al terzo anno. Si ricorda inoltre che, per avere registrati sul libretto universitario i CFU previsti dai laboratori, è necessario che i laboratori (e le aree disciplinari di riferimento) siano presenti nel piano di studi.

In particolare i prerequisit da rispettare sono:

  • essere iscritti al 3 anno,
  • aver superato Matematica e Statistica,
  • aver conseguito almeno 90 CFU,
  • avere il laboratorio in piano di studi.

Lezione frontale – Esercitazioni di gruppo e individuali – Analisi di casi.

Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

Valutazione di idoneità sul lavoro svolto in aula.

Learning objectives

The Lab aims to offer students the typical knowledge to be able to deal daily with projects management, with the need to harmonize resources and time and, above all, to find sustainable and practicable solutions to the critical issues that emerge during the life cycle of a project.

D1) Knowledge and understanding
Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental principles of project management, the characteristics of the project life cycle, and the main tools used to initiate, manage, monitor, and complete a project.

D2) Applying knowledge and understanding
Ability to apply project management tools and techniques to the definition and development of a project idea, planning activities, timelines, and resources, and identifying feasible and sustainable solutions.

D3) Making judgements
Ability to critically assess a project’s strengths, innovative elements, and potential critical issues, making reasoned choices among alternative management options.

D4) Communication skills
Ability to present a project idea clearly, concisely, and effectively, explaining its objectives, activities, timelines, resources, and main feasibility elements, including within a group-work context.

D5) Learning skills
Ability to independently acquire new project management tools and methodologies and adapt them to the characteristics and requirements of different project contexts.

  • Definition of what a project is and what its typical and peculiar characteristics are;
  • Application of tools and techniques to set up, manage, monitor and conclude a project (from the project idea to the project)
  • Define the correct understanding key to identify the strengths, innovativeness and critical aspects of a project

  • Key stakeholders and key questions of a project
  • Sustainability e project management
  • Be crative: ideas for a project - tools and methods
  • Manage a project team
  • Ganttchart and effective presentation of a project
  • Development and final presentation of a project idea.

Prerequisites

  • Be enrolled in the 3rd year or more
  • Have obtained 90 or more cfu (at the time of enrollment in the lab).
  • Have the lab in the own study plan

Evaluation of the suitability of the work done during the class.
