IMPORTANT: Regarding all clerkship activities, please be advised of the following:

Group assignments are final.
Changes are permitted only under exceptional circumstances and for serious and proven reasons (e.g., illness).
Attendance is mandatory for all activities across the different modules. While a 70% attendance rate may be legally permissible, it must be considered the exception and not the rule; 100% attendance is expected.
In the event of an absence, the responsible tutor must be notified immediately and, whenever possible, in advance.
Please note that no recovery plan will be applied for missed activities, except for serious an proven reasons.

ATTENDANCE SHEET

After completing a Clerkship students are required to hand in the HARDCOPY of their attendance sheet.
Submission must take place in the days PRIOR TO THE DATE OF THE EXAM (appello) that the student has signed up for.
Late submission of the attendance sheet will prevent the Clerkship to be recorded as completed and will result in the student being marked as ABSENT to the appello.

Please note that ALL the activities related to the Clerkship must be recorded on the attendance sheet, including classroom activities like pbl sessions.
