Students from the year 2023/24  and later may submit an individual study plan that includes learning activities different from those provided in the Teaching Regulations, as long as they are consistent with the Degree Programme Structure, by completing this form: https://forms.gle/1q6xSRtCZNuu1oYd8

from 3 to 7 November 2025
or
from 9 to 13 February 2026.

At the end of each submission period, the Study Plan Committee will review the proposals and, if necessary, may schedule an interview with the student.

The outcome of the evaluation will be published on this page:

• by 1 December 2025 for requests submitted by 7 November 2025
  
  

• by 9 March 2026 for requests submitted by 13 February 2026.
  
  

For students enrolled in 2023 and 2024, the approved study plan will be entered automatically by the Student Office.

Students enrolled in 2025/26 must enter the approved study plan on Segreterie Online

• if the request was submitted during the first period: from 2 to 5 December 2025
  
  

• if the request was submitted during the second period: from 10 to 13 March 2026.
