Two TPV tutors are there for you to help and support you through your TPV (understanding in which field you would like to do it, choosing between different options, preparing the TPV portfolio, finding guidance during the course of your degree, etc.). They also maintain connection with the Tutor Coordinator in case of problems with the institution/organization before/during/after your TPV.
Their names are Dr. Lisa Notarianni and dr. Elena Guida. You can reach them at orientamento.aeps@unimib.it
One TPV tutor Coordinator has the role of managing communications between the University and the institutions. You can contact her if you have problems getting in touch with an institution/organization where you would like to take your TPV or if an institution that your interested in does not have an agreement with our university.

There is a specific tutor for MSc theses, who organizes meetings to provide relevant information (Aleksandr Feigin, a.feigin@campus.unimib.it).

The AEPS tutors are 2nd year students of AEPS who support the 1st year students in orienting in the activities of the Master’s degree. You can contact the tutors at tutoraeps@unimib.it. They are Antonella Giangualano, Daniele Aitis, Sara Mapelli, Michele Tonelli. They support students in:
- understanding the e-learning website;
- understanding how to register for the exam (s3 website) and to fill in the questionnaires related to the subjects taught in the course;
- finding places in Bicocca (e.g., where the different buildings are located);
- how to fill in the study plan and select the future courses;
- understanding where to find info related to the secretariat and/or bureaucratic issues;
- translating Italian webpages (e.g. Bicocca website) into English.
In addition, Francesca Bianco (f.bianco@campus.unimib.it) is a tutor to support specifically international students, and is in only in charge of translating administrative materials that is exclusively available in Italian.

The Student Ombudsman performs investigations regarding any problems concerning the relations between the teachers and the students in carrying out the didactic activities and reports the presence of a problem to the head of the Master’s degree. In the event of a dispute, the Director of the Department of Psychology will be in charge. Students who request the intervention of the Student Ombudsman are entitled to anonymity, within the limits allowed by the attempt to solve the problems that will be raised.

To all students, please be informed that starting from Tuesday 19th October 2021, until further notice, the reception of students will resume at the Didactic Secretariat Office. It will be then possible to book an appointment according to the following schedule:
- On Tuesdays, assistance will be provided exclusively through online appointments, from 9:30 to 12:30, strictly further to the booking of an appointment slot.
