Two TPV tutors are there for you to help and support you through your TPV (understanding in which field you would like to do it, choosing between different options, preparing the TPV portfolio, finding guidance during the course of your degree, etc.). They also maintain connection with the Tutor Coordinator in case of problems with the institution/organization before/during/after your TPV.
Their names are Dr. Elena Guida and Dr. Martina Arioli. You can reach them at orientamento.aeps@unimib.it
TPV tutor Coordinators have the role of managing communications between the University and the institutions. You can contact them if you have problems getting in touch with an institution/organization where you would like to take your TPV or if an institution that your interested in does not have an agreement with our university.

The AEPS tutors are 2nd year students of AEPS or AEPS graduates who support the 1st year students in orienting in the activities of the Master’s degree. You can contact the tutors at tutoraeps@unimib.it. They are Dr. Beatrice Zago, Arianna Corbetta, Yessine Ben Moghrem, Valentina Muñoz Miglianelli.
They can help you with:
- understanding the e-learning website;
- understanding how to register for the exam (s3 website) and to fill in the questionnaires related to the subjects taught in the course;
- finding places in Bicocca (e.g., where the different buildings are located);
- how to fill in the study plan and select the future courses;
- understanding where to find info related to the secretariat and/or bureaucratic issues;
- translating Italian webpages (e.g. Bicocca website) into English.

The international student's tutor, Francesca Bianco (f.bianco@campus.unimib.it), supports international students by translating administrative materials that is exclusively available in Italian.

The Student Ombudsman performs investigations regarding any problems concerning the relations between the teachers and the students in carrying out the didactic activities and reports the presence of a problem to the head of the Master’s degree. In the event of a dispute, the Director of the Department of Psychology will be in charge. Students who request the intervention of the Student Ombudsman are entitled to anonymity, within the limits allowed by the attempt to solve the problems that will be raised.
