RACE 2023 is a two-week challenge-based learning programme across the raw materials value chain in Europe, aimed at master’s students who are studying STEM and business disciplines. The RACE unites sustainability pioneers to connect, learn and innovate for the pressing raw materials challenges for a sustainable future. The success of Europe's green and digital transition relies on reliable access to sustainable raw materials and advanced materials. With the challenges, participants can work together to solve these issues through innovation and entrepreneurship.
RACE 2023 will be held in Portugal and Spain from 22 July to 5 August. You will be able to participate in a range of activities including Expert talks from industry, academia, start-ups, business and NGOs, site visits at partner facilities across southern Europe and HR sessions and enjoy summer in Southern Europe.

Prices include applicable VAT fees and will include all accommodation, internal travel and meals throughout the whole programme (except social drinks).
You will need to make your way to the start location on the 22 July and back from the end location on the 5 August at your own costs.
