For those interested, I would like to remind you that on April 17th at 5:30 p.m., a webinar titled "Sleep Better to Study Less (and Remember More)!" will take place.

The webinar will be led by Dr. Caterina Leitner, a psychologist and researcher in sleep disorders.

During the webinar, designed for both individuals experiencing mild insomnia and those interested in learning more about insomnia and its management, an introduction to sleep and its disorders will be provided, along with key principles of good sleep hygiene.
