Contenuti sintetici

Il corso di Imprenditorialità ed Innovazione introduce gli studenti ai processi imprenditoriali applicabili in nuove realtà (start-up) e in imprese consolidate, approfondendo le sfide, i meccanismi e gli strumenti necessari per scoprire e sfruttare opportunità imprenditoriali trasformandole in modelli di business di successo. 

Programma esteso

Il corso è diviso in due moduli. Il modulo di Innovation Management coprirà gli aspetti teorici del corso, mentre il modulo Entrepreneurship sarà dedicato all'applicazione pratica degli strumenti teorici in modo tale da sviluppare una idea di business.

Metodi didattici

Il corso fornisce agli studenti una esperienza pratica ed applicata di avventura imprenditoriale. Gli studenti lavoreranno in gruppi per comprendere come trasformare una idea imprenditoriale in un business. 

Il corso è tenuto in lingua inglese.

In caso di un corso solamente on-line, a causa di restrizione ulteriori dovute alla pandemia, le lezioni saranno erogate on-line tramite la piattaforma e-learning dell'Università e per ogni lezione vi sarà una parte concettuale ed una applicativa, con l'esemplificazione degli strumenti da usare.


Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento

Progetto finale di gruppo (presentazioni e report finale 60%) ed esame orale (40%)

In caso di pandemia, la struttura dell'esame rimarrà la stessa, ma i gruppi dovranno presentare le loro idee imprenditoriali e i progetti relativi, solo on-line attraverso la piattaforma webex. In tal caso anche l'esame orale si terrà online

Contents

The course of Entrepreneurship and Innovation aims at introducing students to those entrepreneurial processes that occur in start-ups and in corporate setting, offering a panorama of challenges, frameworks and tools needed to spot and exploit entrepreneurial opportunities, turning them into successful business models.

Detailed program

The course is divided in 2 modules. The Innovation Management module will be devoted to theory, whereas the Entrepreneurship module, will be devoted to apply theoretical tools in practice and to develop your business idea.

Fluency in English

Teaching methods

This course will provide students with a hands-on experience on a typical entrepreneurial journey. Student will work in teams learning how to turn an idea into a business.      

The course is offered only in English.

In case of an on-line only version of our course, due to pandemic restrictions, classes will be held online through the university platform and for each class meeting there will be a conceptual part and an applied one, with the exemplification of the tools to be used.


Assessment methods

Final team project presentation and report (60% of final grade) and individual exam (40% final grade).

In case of pandemic, the exam structure will be the same but teams will pitch their business ideas and entrepreneurial projects on-line through webex meetings.
