Obiettivi

Conoscere le fasi del modello transteorico del cambiamento; saper utlizzare il modello per descrivere situazioni cliniche

Conoscere le fasi in cui si struttura l’intervista motivazionale; saper riconoscere ed utilizzare i principi dell’intervista motivazionale in un colloquio simulato.

Conoscere le caratteristiche di un feedback, Descrivere le tipologie di feedback, Formulare feedback efficaci, Saper ricevere feedback

Saper descrivere il fenomeno placebo in termini relazionali e i meccanismi attraverso cui agisce.

Contenuti sintetici

L’effetto placebo nella relazione di cura, la percezione soggettiva di malattia, il modello transteorico del cambiamento, l’Intervista Motivazionale, il feedback

Programma esteso

Definizioni di effetto placebo e nocebo sia in relazione ai trattamenti che in termini relazionali; implicazioni nell’uso del placebo per la relazione con il paziente; differenti meccanismi attraverso cui agiscono l’effetto placebo e nocebo.

La percezione di malattia.

Principi di base dell’intervista motivazionale; le cinque fasi del modello del cambiamento (precontemplazione, contemplazione, preparazione, azione, mantenimento).

Il feedback nella pratica clinica, formulazione di feedback efficaci, barriere al feedback.

Lezioni frontali, attività riflessive a piccolo gruppo, discussione di casi clinici.

Knowing the phases of the transtheoretical model of change and its application to clinical situations

The placebo effect in the care relationship, subjective illness perception, the transtheoretical model of change, the Motivational Interview, feedback

Detailed program

Definitions of placebo and nocebo effect both in relation to treatments and in relational terms; implications in the use of placebo for the relationship with the patient; different mechanisms through which the placebo and nocebo effect act.

The perception of illness.

Basic principles of motivational interview; the five phases of the model of change (precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance).

The feedback in clinical practice, how to formulate effective feedbacks, barriers to feedbacks.
