Acquisire i principi alla base dell’assessment della sostenibilità d’impresa e declinarli alle specifiche esigenze del settore turistico

Programma esteso
Il laboratorio si articola in sette incontri. Nei primi sei incontri verranno presentati i materiali del corso e svolti dei lavori di gruppo (ricerca di materiale online e relativa analisi). Nell’ultimo incontro verranno presentati gli elaborati dei diversi gruppi, per la raccolta di feedback e il confronto dei risultati ottenuti.
Obiettivo del laboratorio è quello di approfondire il tema della sostenibilità d’impresa e della sua valutazione, focalizzandosi sulle specificità del settore turistico. Nello specifico si cercherà di appronfondire la comprensione del panorama attuale e dei cambiamenti necessari, anche alla luce delle nuove normative europee in termini di reporting di sostenibilità.
Il laboratorio ha l'obiettivo di evidenziare la complessa rete di relazioni tra diversi ambiti di analisi e di intervento che caratterizza il fenomeno della sostenibilità e della valutazione degli impatti del turismo.

Metodi didattici
Didattica erogativa: 15% Introduzione delle tematiche da parte del docente attravwerso lezione frontale e slides
Ditattica interattiva: 85% Discussione dei temi e dei materiali proposti da parte degli studenti, realizzazione di sintesi e comparazione dei materiali raccolti, realizzazione di un elaborato finale.
Modalità di verifica dell'apprendimento
Partecipazione e interventi degli studenti alle lezioni. Valutazione dei materiali prodotti e dell’elaborato finale. Si richiede la partecipazione ad almeno il 75% delle lezioni e degli incontri per un minimo di 18 ore sulle 24 previste. È fortemente consigliata la partecipazione al primo incontro e all’esposizione della relazione finale (ultimo incontro).

Detailed program
The workshop consists of seven meetings. In the first six meetings, the course materials will be presented and group work will be carried out (search for and analysis of online material). In the last meeting, the papers of the different groups will be presented for feedback and comparison of the results obtained.
corporate sustainability and its assessment, focusing on the specificities of the tourism sector. Specifically, an attempt will be made to deepen the understanding of the current panorama and the necessary changes, also in the light of the new European regulations in terms of sustainability reporting.
The workshop aims to highlight the complex web of relations between different areas of analysis and intervention that characterises the phenomenon of sustainability and the assessment of tourism impacts.

Teaching methods
Traditional didactic: 15% Introduction of topics by the lecturer through lectures and slides
Interactive didactic: 85% Discussion of the themes and materials proposed by the students, realisation of summaries and comparison of the collected materials, realisation of a final paper.
Assessment methods
Student participation and intervention in lectures. Evaluation of the materials produced and the final paper. Participation in at least 75% of the lectures and meetings is required for a minimum of 18 hours out of the 24 scheduled. Attendance at the first meeting and the presentation of the final report (last meeting) is strongly recommended.
