The course aims to provide the fundamentals for programming cognitive and behavioral experiments in psychology, focusing on one of the most widely used software in experimental research, namely E-Prime. The software is particularly utilized in cognitive studies that require precise and structured presentation of stimuli and accurate measurement of responses. The course also introduces a very similar software in terms of functionality and language, Open Sesame. Open Sesame is an open-access software.
