The educational path includes an internship (6 ECTS) in the second year, which aims to provide the student with the opportunity to acquire applied, technical, communicative, and critical analysis skills related to the knowledge gained during the study program. These skills are acquired through experimental and computational training activities, as well as through in-depth bibliographic research, aimed at developing investigations in the field of environmental sustainability in various contexts and acquiring the ability to analyze and present the results obtained. The internship can be internal or external. The activity is carried out by students under the guidance of a tutor. The activity usually leads to the preparation of the Master's thesis for the final exam under the guidance of a supervisor.
The recognition of ECTS is subject to the achievement of the educational objectives by the students. Only in the case of a positive evaluation students will earn the corresponding credits.
