An online event dedicated to the development of women leadership in the context of a more and more multicultural and complex society, through the integration of different dimensions of their multicultural identity.

During the event, Maura Di Mauro and Viviana Premazzi will put some light on the psychological, cultural and organizational challenges; but also on some opportunities, for those women who want to develop their leadership skills, despite their cultural or generational differences. 

They will share some datas based on gender differences and women leadership studies, and some video-interviews made with some women managers and entrepreneurs that can represent a leadership role model for other women.

With the aim to empower women and support them in the development of their managerial and entrepreneurial skills, during the event the two speakers will share some tips and a personal development training program.

With this event we want to contribute to help organizations and societies to better value women talents.
